How can i get tax exempt as sam’s club with a business membership??

I am planning to get a business memebership at Sam’s Club since I opened up a business. Supposedly you can get a tax exempt from the state but I don’t what forms do I need and then what to do with them. Does anyone know what forms I need to fill out to get a tax exempt?

we live in new york state and my husband says owning a house will get you a better tax break.i say a child and claiming head of household will give more of a tax break.we both make together around 150k a yr.the house we would buy would be around 300k with 20% down.now before i get any anger answers we do not plan on having a child just for tax reasons we are not planning to have any.this is just a argument my husband and i had and i think i’m right and he thinks hes wrong.

My son has an opportunity to buy into the business where he works. The lion’s share of the purchase price, about $600,000 may come from placing a mortgage on a summer home I own. For instance I gave my tax records to a guy I new in the Navy. He got me to sign a Reinlistment loan for a bank but be added his million dollars to the loan, on my tax records. The whole thing is in credits. But on top of that the Navy added a Billion dollars of their own money on my tax records and it’s in credits too. The thng is I’m getting paid to have a marriage scam.
