Who or what is responsible for the world economic crisis? What caused this mess? Media analysts try to place blame on free market capitalism or the greedy middle class. Tax credit expiration leads to drop in Austin real estate market
The expiration of the national home buyer tax credit resulted in a drop in home sales throughout the country — and sales in Austin were no exception. Joe Fuhrman of Fuhrman Real Estate in Austin estimated that April sales this year tripled compared with last year’s sales.
