The controversial song by Bok van Blerk about the Anglo-Boer War that caused an outcry of indignation in South Africa. As the British tried to do a hundred years ago, the black majority government is now trying to suppress the Afrikaner nation’s culture – and in fact all traces of their history. Public funding is being withdrawn from Afrikaner monuments, even though Afrikaners contribute more than their share to tax income. Millions are being spent on changing the names of towns, streets etc. while little is done to maintain infrastructure. The new generation of Afrikaners had nothing to do with Apartheid, yet they are faced with a bleak future, suffering under racial discrimination in the form of affirmative action. Although this excludes them from jobs and promotion beyond a certain level, it also stimulates entrepreneurship and innovative thinking. The Afrikaner nation will rise again to take its place in the country their forefathers helped to build and develop.

You were probably under that impression, because these songs may often be “hijacked” by White Nationalists.
Spain Champion!!

ONS EIS ONS VREIHEID! ons het gebloei vir hierdie land! gee ons ten minste wat ons toekom! Die trasvaal en die vrystaat. NIKS minder nie.
This is to say We are peace loving But do not f… with us We can and wil turn violent if pushed to far
“mijn arme vrouw en kin’dren,Lage daad van Engeland!” ook een bekend lied, de eerste concentratiekampen waren ENGELS niet duits.
@servantsteve thank you i knew most of that. we also have that problem here in the u.s. to
@dasox12 It is not racist at all. It is about the 2 Wars between the Afrikaaners (called “Boers” which means “farmer”) and the British colonizers. The British won by shear numbers, but the Afrikaaners are a strong, independant group. After the Brits lost the Boer War, the Dutch actually “sold” South Africa to the British.
This strong is about the strong spirit of the Boer and their General De la Rey. Some people try to make everything about apartheid, which they never understood anyway.
hey im from america and i heard this song was really rascist so i decided to listen to it(but im not rascist) but i dont see what is so wrong with it. could anyone tell me?
Ahhh, so home sick all after hearing this…
this is the best!!!
@Dewalq
I doubt that. If there is a god, he allready left Africa a long time ago.
@eviltreemonster I refuse to believe that… we may have our problems but there is always hope
@Dewalq
Nonsense. Africa is a lost cause. You might as well accept that.
@eviltreemonster funny enough it wasn’t the Africans that starved a whole nation’s woman and children it was so called “civilization”.
Viva la Nación Afrikáker!!! Greetings from Spain.
@SonOfTurkey
You need to understand why Europeans are against Jihadist muslims and against more muslim-immigration.
@SonOfTurkey
Well, you can also say what you think of the Cordoba house, instead calling me racist.
@NomendeiNL
against muslims??!! Are you stupid??!! did you fal on your fucking head??!! What did we do?? we are going to afrika and are helping them to life and you hate us??!!
Shame to you!!! De La Rey was not an rassist like you, he was against rassist people like you. I singed the song with love, now i my heart is broken. now i´ll never hear this song, and i never tell about De La Rey. i am very dissappointed.
SHAME TO YOU!!!!
@Iron1023
Hey, the British Empire fucked around with the Afrikaaners, not the other way around.
Or you think concentration camps and occupation are good things?
Holland should have supported the Boers.
Now, we must stand side by side, Dutch and English against the muslims.
Peace.
Back in the days when the British Empire didnt fuck around…
Now we let immigrants pour into our own homeland and fuck us over. The traitors in the government deserve punishment worse than death.
So all you people that say we are getting what we deserve you sould live in SOuth Africa and see who is the GOOD people I can promise you it is not the “blacks” that everybody see as the “heros” They burn innocencent baby in Farm murders they still hate white people after 15 years of “democracy” they never loved not even their own people they have always hated and always will! They are baberians not people come and live here I dare all blacks in america!!!
@Animefan300
That is Africa, They have no honour. What do you expect?
Going after women and children in war is such crap. They didn’t do anything.
Absolutely nothing wrong with being proud of our heritage. It is about time we regain that fire and let no one tell us otherwise. God seen die Afrikaners.
I love this song it is not a racist song. The Afrikaaners deserve an an apology from the British government for the atrocities that were committed against them, the british government covered up what they were really doing in SA from the british people during the boer war
