The Wall Street banking system has been Fascist since at least as long as the Federal Reserve Act was enacted. There is no Rule of Law in the banking system today or since the Act of 1913. Fascism/Socialism/Central Planning is characteristic of a CENTRALIZED AND STATE monopolistic system: the U.S. banking system.

No matter who controls the Federal Reserve Corp., the entity and “Trust” is already established and who ever stands as Trustee is bound with fiduciary duty to serve the Beneficiary. The Beneficiary is the private member banks that comprise it, and not the People.
The Federal Reserve Corporation charter has to be revoked, and either nothing in its place, or, a Trust that serves the People instead of private member banks.
Those banks are also now International Banks and subject to the BIS, IMF
The NWO is their private corporate-commercial system. Every time we sign a document or a commercial instrument, we surrender some right, establish a binding Trust (that binds us) and enter into contract standing subject to their jurisdiction and their laws / codes etc.
