How long does it take to write a damn ticket these days? I remember when I was working in law enforcement and went after real bad guys and it did not take that long to fingerprint, book and process them.

2 officers over an hour at least a couple hundred dollars worth of time I wonder how much the ticket was for.

Fire half of them, use the extra money to increase pay of the remaining while also dramatically increasing the education requirements
