I received a 1099 with no taxes withheld. Also, does anyone know where I would show my mileage on a tax form and how to do that? I just don’t want to pay H&R or any of those guys $500. this year to file my taxes for me. Any help would be appreciated.

Assuming the amount on 1099-misc is in box 7, you would file a 1040 Schedule C & Schedule SE. I think you can claim your mileage expenses (and any other expenses) on a Schedule C.
Your 1099MISC indicates that you are self employed. That means that you will owe self employment taxes (social security, medicaide, etc) that an employer usually withholds as well as income taxes. You can probably use for 1040CEZ, in which you can deduct business expenses. See this link http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/selfemployed/index.html
Look at Schedule C or C-EZ and Schedule SE. Both the C and C-EZ will allow you to deduct mileage.
